What this means is that Honduran coffee has primarily been used as a good blending bean in the past. The good news is that there has been progress, and this beans future as a gourmet stand alone coffee is brighter than ever.
We've taken the strictly high grown coffee we've purchased and roasted it to almost a French level. At this level of roast it comes alive. It demonstrates a nice balance with a clean, roasted finish. This is one of the darker roasted origin coffees we offer.
