There is no better way to experience The National Park and Yorktown than taking a stroll with a Historian.
Following in the footsteps of citizens from the past, travel back in time to the 18th century while walking in Colonial National Historical Park. The tour begins in the parking lot in front of the National Park visitor center and continues onto the Battlefields to Redoubts 9 and 10.
This unique, fun experience will focus on historically accurate information regarding topics relevant to the Revolutionary and Civil War eras with a focus on events specific to Yorktown and the historic buildings, the Battlefields, and influential historical figures. Interesting historical information and insights not typically found in history books will also enhance these professional tours.
