Civil War Walking Tour of Yorktown Village, Part 1-1861-1862

Join us as we explore Yorktown during the Civil War era. The Peninsula Campaign of 1862 pitted two colorful commanders against each other over a Revolutionary War battlefield deploying such modern technologies as aerial observation and improvised explosive devices.
Michael Moore book Yorktown’s Civil War Siege Drums Along the Warwick, will be available for purchase and signing before and after the tours. The cost of the book is $20.00.
*Tour will begin at Mobjack Bay Coffee Roasters
*Must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for an hour with stops along the way
