Colombian Don Telmo

This Colombian is a product of the same plantation that produces our Mesa de La Santos beans. The difference is that heirloom trees created this amazing, well balanced, 100% Bourbon Coffee. Heirloom trees are the oldest on the estate, and as such, they produce a deeper, more complex coffee bean. Look for hints of lemon and cream with a chocolate finish. City/Full Roast. The Estate itself “lives” through the land and its staff. It is a model farm that has earned “triple seal” gold certifications in Organic, Rainforest Alliance and Smithsonian Bird Friendly standards. All of their workers are paid well, have free health care, insurance, pensions, and educational opportunities.
