We focused our espresso development on a flavor profile rich in character, texture, and depth. It was important to understand that the espresso must be able to hold up to cream and syrups for latte drinks, but should be smooth enough to drink as a solo shot. The blend we created surpassed our expectations. You'll experience a wonderfully cherry nut start that finishes with on a spicy, dark chocolate note.
