This washed coffee is a product of the Selva Andina (Small Farmers) Fair Trade cooperative. It is OCIA International Organic and Smithsonian Migratory Bird Friendly certified. This means that the coffee trees not netted, and they are grown under a natural shade canopy. We roast this coffee to a city/full city level. The cup produced is medium bodied with a mild acidity. It has an amazing nut finish….think walnut.
